SalarySirona Medical are currently looking for a Clinical Nurse to be working on a permanent basis (10-12 hour days)
The Salary is as per advertised, plus a £3,500 car allowance.
Job description:
Clinical Nurse Leads have responsibility for leading, supporting and facilitating the nursing and medical needs of the service users with their commissioned care. With support from other nurses you will be delivering outstanding care with a team of experienced carers and a team of supportive regional nurses. :
- Delivering personalised client-centred service outcomes, and carrying out care assessments and writing care plans
- To positively support the Senior Nurse Manager and the Registered Manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff.
- Deliver personalised client-centred service outcomes, carrying out care assessments and writing care plans.
- To maintain your own professional skills to your current level and undertake required training and development for personal professional development.
- To perform in accordance with national standards, follow legislative requirements, relevant regulations and accepted best practice.
