SalaryWe are looking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist who will provide Pain Management to patients with acute, sub-acute and chronic pain conditions within the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The CNS Pain Management will work with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the continuity of pain relief is provided that is holistic, effective and individualised to meet the patient’s need. The post is a band 7 role with the possibility of progressing to a band 8A if the right competencies are achieved and if funding can be secured.

Should the successful applicant not meet the requirements sufficiently they may be appointed at a lower grade than stated. The successful applicant would then have the opportunity to progress to the grade advertised once the necessary skills and knowledge have been developed and they have demonstrated the ability to undertake the duties at the higher level.
