Salary MSI Recruitment are seeking a Consultant Clinical Oncologist for a full-time position in a University Hospital located in the East Midlands. This established, enthusiastic team is open to a Clinical Oncologist with a Sub Speciality, to be discussed at application. This department is one of 5 Cancer centres within the East Midlands
Key Responsibilities for Consultant Oncologist:
In addition to any specialist interests, all Consultants will be involved in providing a general oncology service to the Trust. In addition to any specialist interests, all Consultants will be involved in providing a general oncology service to the Trust.
Minimum Requirements for Consultant Oncologist:
* Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists or equivalent.
* Demonstrated dedication to a career in General Radiation Oncology.
* Extensive NHS (or equivalent) experience with active participation in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) settings.
* Evidence of entry on GMC Specialist Register OR Have CCT or be within 6 months of attaining CCT at time of interview and entry on GMC Specialist Register by date of commencement OR Evidence that the GMC is processing the Specialist Registration application (MUST be provided prior to interview)
Compensation Package:
* Salary: £93,666 to £126,281
* Workload: 7 - 10 programmed activities
