Job Title: Clinical Operations Business Manager

Location: Caludon Centre Coventry CV2 2TE for the training, but then fully remote role.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist in the processing of performance, budget and procurement data using Microsoft packages to agreed service standards and definitions.
  • Assist with the development, collection, production and processing of information and data, including key performance indicators, to support the analysis and reporting requirements of the Clinical Operations Business Manager.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate production of staff-related key performance indicators monitoring reports.
  • Responsible for the production, maintenance and dissemination of service reports to support the performance and information data review meetings with Acute Services Operational Managers.
  • Support with the upkeep of manual data collections, when required, and help ensure that they are kept up to date and accurate.
  • Support the Clinical operations Business Manager with the development of robust data collection methods.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

  1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS  
  2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times  
  3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation 

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

  • Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Full driver’s license
  • Advanced excel skills (inputting and manipulating data)
  • Minute taking experience (desirable)
  • NHS Experience (desirable)
  • A-level or educated to Degree Business Level (desirable)

This role may require you to show evidence of education to Degree level or at least 2 years relevant experience.
