AddressSparcells PCN is comprised of three practices in Central and West Swindon, and we wish to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will be required to work at all three sites. The role will involve a combination of patient contact and medicines management. Ideally the successful candidate would be a non-medical prescriber.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective clinical team. We are flexible in terms of hours and a competitive salary will be offered to reflect the successful candidates experience and qualifications.
