Your new role - Clinical Pharmacist
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Kirklees. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing expert pharmaceutical care to patients in a community setting. You must also be a Prescriber. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert pharmaceutical care to patients in a community setting.
* Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
* Provide advice and support to patients on the use of their medication.
* Ensure that all medication is dispensed accurately and safely.
* Maintain accurate records of all medication dispensed.
* Participate in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services.
* Provide training and support to other healthcare professionals.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
* Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist prescriber in a community setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8, 10 or 12 hours shifts available
8am to 8pm 7 day a week service
