This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous Practice Nurse to join high performing GP training Practice. The Practice is notable for their high staff retention rates, ability to deliver high quality patient care, with a team striving to do their best to create a happy working environment.
As Lead Practice Nurse there will be the scope to lead the nursing team, overseeing the team whilst making sure nursing policies and procedures are in place and up to date. You will be responsible for looking after the QOF and organising nurse meetings. This role offers a scope and variety as there will be a mixture of management and clinical responsibilities.

Salary – £39,000 - £52,650 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + BH

Your role –
FT Clinical Pharmacist post
Primary Care experience – REQUIREMENT (Prescriber desirable)
Flexibility around days – 4 day working week available.
Support with Independent Prescribing qualification
Responsibilities include SMRs, polypharmacy, audits, repeat prescriptions, LTC clinics, med reviews, supporting with QOF and IIF
Work closely within the PCN
Develop specialisms
Deliver quality patient care
Oversee LTC
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Telephone and face-to-face appointments
Working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team
