The role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise during product demonstrations/product evaluations as well as driving product adoption through clinical education.
Other responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with field sales to provide technical and clinical support for customer appointments, product demonstrations, and product evaluations
- Attend patient cases and provide necessary information
- Educate physicians/clinical teams on the clinical workflow, benefits and applications of our airway and respiratory portfolio
- Work to curate training content for both the sales team and groups within the clinical setting
The requirements
Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, as well as…
- 2+ years of clinical experience or technical knowledge of airway management and bronchoscopy devices
- Good level of customer service including good interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize and present product information in a very detailed, accurate, and comprehensible way
- Comfortable commuting within the UK and Western Europe
- Strong experience in clinical education and training
