Theatre based job day to day, supporting surgeons and clinical staff within the surgical environment.

THE JOB: The successful candidate will support the clinical fulfilment of procedures while building relationships with key spinal surgeons. Key hospitals are based within the Cambridge, Bedford and Stevenage borders. Day to day you'll be covering surgical cases, providing value to both surgeon and patient!
Your role will involve;
* Ordering of all required sets, instruments and supplies.
* Keeping on top of products development, clinical data and surgical techniques.
* Evaluating problems and finding appropriate solutions to support surgeries and cases.
* Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
* A professional, driven and resilient theatre based clincians/HCP
* A driven clinical trainer with experience with similar products would be ideal!
* Full driving licence
THE PACKAGE FOR SALES SPECIALIST:
* Basic: £35,000-45,0000
* Bonus: £10K-12K OTE
* Car: Company car/car allowance
