Salary: £23,000 - £24,300 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Full - Time (37.5 hours) / Part - Time (22.5 hours), Permanent
The Client:
Our client is a leading healthcare provider, specialising in the delivery of exceptional colorectal care and discreet home delivery services.
The Role:
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will provide clinical and non-clinical assistance to the Colorectal team, following the guidance of a registered healthcare professional.
Responsibilities:
* Perform varied administrative tasks, including stock ordering, letter composition, MDT management, and documentation handling.
* Conduct assessment, plan, and implement colorectal care for patients and carers.
* Support effective healthcare delivery.
* Handle specified aspects of care and therapeutic intervention.
* Ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
* Maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Clinical Support Worker, Nursing Assistant or in a similar role.
* Prior knowledge of colorectal nursing.
* Background in administrative duties.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
