Scope
- Presenting first-class training sessions covering a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, cryolipolysis, radio frequency, ultrasound cavitation, HIFU, electromagnetic muscle stimulation and hydrofacial.
- Deliver captivating and interactive training sessions at our training centre (both face-to-face and virtually).
- Conducting occasional on-site training sessions at client locations.
- Assisting with clinical support, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance to practitioners.
- Managing training software to ensure seamless delivery of online training programs.
- Developing training curricula, lesson plans, and training materials specific to each aesthetic device.
- Manage the submission of training courses for accreditation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and industry requirements.
- Keep all training materials up to date, ensuring learners receive accurate and relevant information.
- Assisting the sales team with product demonstrations at our showroom, client locations and trade shows.
- Participating in trade shows to showcase our Aesthetic Devices and engage with potential clients.
- Maintaining and managing the training diary, scheduling and organising training sessions efficiently.
- Maintaining regular communication with trainees to monitor their performance, providing ongoing clinical feedback, and offering continuous support.
- Identifying gaps in knowledge and skills and recommending additional training as needed.
- Providing valuable insights on suitable consumables and accessories, leading to increased sales.
- Taking part in educational webinars and videos, contributing expertise and insights.
- Training new and existing employees on our devices to enhance their knowledge.
Experience Requirements
- Teaching experience
- Healthcare or beauty qualifications
- Clinical expertise
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience using aesthetic technologies is preferred.
- Experience in the medical device or aesthetics industry is preferred.
