Job details
The successful applicant will have demonstrable recent administrative/clerical experience in a busy office environment and experience of organising, updating and maintaining accurate computerised records and files. An ability to organise and present information both verbally and in writing is essential as well as data input and meeting servicing skills. An ability to communication effectively in person, writing and on the telephone is essential, as is the ability to produce high quality and accurate work.
The successful applicant will also have a range of GCSEs, including English Language and Maths at Grade C or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning, a word processing/typing/IT qualification or demonstrable equivalent experiential learning and have the ability to work consistently under pressure.
Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
