This role could be for you if you have;
- Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
- Prior management experience, or experience of leading a small team
- The ability of supporting, guiding, teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
- A desire to encourage positive working relationships within the team
- A good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC and compliance Passion about providing excellent care and supporting the residents
