We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cloud Engineer to become part of our Business Systems team at our office in Aylesford. This role is ideal for those with a solid background in cloud technologies, especially Azure and Office 365, who are keen to develop their career further. Whether you have significant experience in cloud environments or are an emerging talent, eager to design, implement, and manage advanced cloud-based systems, we're interested in hearing from you.

As a key member of the Business Systems team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of our business. As the Cloud Engineer, you will:

• Design and Implement Cloud Solutions: Create and roll out innovative cloud solutions using Azure and Office 365 that cater to our business requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage Cloud Security and Administration: Oversee the setup, security, training, and routine administration of our cloud-based systems.
• Support and Train the Team: Offer essential training and development to ensure the team is proficient in cloud technologies, enhancing overall team capability and risk management.
• Architectural Design and Decision-Making: Communicate architectural designs and make informed decisions on our cloud strategy, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends to suggest and implement enhancements to our cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Experienced in Cloud Technologies: You've got hands-on experience with cloud-based networks, particularly Azure and Office 365, and understand how to manage and secure these environments effectively.
• A Problem Solver: With your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you're adept at diagnosing and resolving complex issues efficiently.
• A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, essential for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating closely with your team.
• Eager to Learn: You have a genuine interest in technology and continuously seek ways to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• A Team Player: You enjoy working in a team but can also handle tasks independently when required.
