Location: Remote (occasional onsite days in Leeds)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Cloud Infrastructure to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and administrators on both daily operations and project work.
• Handle infrastructure and 3rd line support tickets, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in on-call rotations (1 week in 4), dealing with occasional out-of-hours issues remotely.
• Use tools like Trello to manage and prioritise your workload, meeting deadlines and project goals.
• Engage in DevOps activities, particularly configuring systems at the OS level, especially Linux.
• Join daily team calls and regular onsite days to keep communication and collaboration strong.

You will have:

• Proven experience in a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role or similar.
• Strong background in AWS and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your workload independently.
• Experience with Linux configuration and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with occasional travel to Leeds.
• A valid driver’s license.
