The Role:
As a Level 2/3 Support Specialist with expertise in Cloud Insurance Software, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction with the advanced cloud-based insurance solution.
Duties:
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud insurance software.
- Provide advanced technical support and act as a point of contact for complex customer queries.
- Identify root causes of application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain detailed troubleshooting documentation.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Cloud Software Support Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in supporting cloud-based solutions at Level 2/3.
- Basic AWS, basic SQL, Cloud Insurance Software knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
