SalaryWe are in search of an exceptionally skilled Cloud Consultant / Technical Consultant with profound expertise in Azure HCI, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, and Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in deploying, migrating, and supporting these technologies. Additional experience with other Microsoft products, such as Active Directory and Group Policy, is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, migrate, and support Azure HCI, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, and Microsoft 365.
- Provide expert technical consultation and support to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud and virtual desktop solutions.
- Occasionally visit the datacentre to manage and maintain HPE hardware, including servers and storage.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with Azure HCI, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
- Strong deployment, migration, and support skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- ITIL experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Forward-thinking and efficient with a proactive approach to technology solutions.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in other Microsoft products such as Active Directory, GPO, and DNS.
- Experience with HPE hardware, including servers and storage.
- Familiarity with Cisco networking solutions.
- Understanding of IT service management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft and cloud technologies are highly desirable.
- Proven track record in a similar role with demonstrable experience and references.
