At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Club Lounge Managerto join our team.

Inspired by its scenic views overlooking two Royal Parks, our establishment boasts elegant natural interiors and award-winning seasonal cuisine.

We have a full-time position available for the right candidate to join our amazing team. In our Club Lounge guests will experience another level of world-class service. From enjoying afternoon tea to an evening tipple, guests can relax and take in the spectacular views of the Royal Parks and monuments beyond. Our Club Lounge Manager puts extra thought into every small detail and personal touches, could you do the same? If you think you have what it takes, then we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in managing a team within Rooms or Food & Beverage for 2+ years in a similar hotel environment.
• Able to maintain a warm and friendly manner with each interaction, whilst ensuring efficiency during busy service periods and check-in and check-out times in the Club Lounge.
• Successful at training and implementation of processes and audits through their previous experience and proven track record.
• Able to show awareness of market trends and has the ability to implement new initiatives.
• Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks and empowers the team to provide an excellent customer service and perform consistently within expected standards.
• Experienced in handling guests queries and concerns and can action guest requests to the highest standards, always keeping the brand values in mind with each guest interaction.
• Experienced in using Opera, Micros, Microsoft suite. Knowledge of a service optimization tool such as ‘HotSOS’ would be a plus.
• Confident in conducting regular check-ins and engagement of team members to

Identify training gaps and be willing to learn new things and work as part of the wider hotel team.
