The Maintenance Manager will have overall responsibility of the day to day upkeep of 2 hotel properties - Stratford Manor and also DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon. Working closely with the Cluster General Manager you’ll ensure the hotels are maintained to a high standard.
What will I do?
- Reactive and preventative maintenance
- Testing of equipment
- Ensure plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating and electrical works are to standard
- Responding to all maintenance issues within the hotel
- Conducting staff training on equipment and procedures
- Weekly fire alarm tests
- Ensuring the hotel is both safe and functional for our guests, by conducting regular checks, contributing to ensuring each visitor has an outstanding experience
Is this the role for me?
- Previous maintenance experience, ideally within a hotel environment or similar
- In-depth knowledge & experience H&S, compliance, legislation, legionella, pool plant, etc.
- Capex experience
- Managed various size projects
- Relevant qualifications
- Health & safety qualification & experience
- Flexible to work shifts and weekends
- Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience
- Pride yourself in your work

- People management experience as well as managing 3rd party contractors
