Location - Krakow, PL; Remote base, one day per month on site.
Salary - 10k-11k Zloty Gross per month + Bonus & Benefits

This global technology company is building its European procurement team and looking to hire Regional Cluster Buyers in Poland to support the various local business units across Europe. For these positions, they require individuals who speak fluent English to manage either the Nordics or Eastern European regions; knowledge of any other relevant languages is highly beneficial. You will be provided with training and development to quickly develop your skills and capabilities in the areas of strategic purchasing including supplier sourcing, contract management and corporate stakeholder management in order to further advance your career in the organizations global procurement team.
As the Cluster Region Indirect Strategic Buyer your responsibilities will include:-
- Working with business stakeholders in your relevant regions to deliver end-to-end sourcing projects that deliver cost savings and improved value from suppliers
- Manage multiple purchasing projects related to Professional Services such as HR, Marketing, and other services
- Manage local contracts and cooperate cross-functionally with legal, IT, finance and other departments
- Analyse, monitor and report on procurement spend data and track savings initiatives
To be considered for the position of Cluster Region Indirect Strategic Buyer you should:-
- Have some previous corporate commercial experience, preferably in purchasing or procurement but could also be considered if you have experience in sales, business analytics, or similar fields
- Have a strong analytical mindset, strong working knowledge of Excel and great problem-solving skills
- Be an excellent communicator, speaking fluently English to operate in an international context and manage business relationships in your markets
- Have great interpersonal skills to build cross-functional business relationships at an international level
