About the Job
Do you want be part of a world class tooling team producing injection mould tools that make the best fantasy miniatures in the world? Where 'right first time' production is a must?
Are you excited by working to a tight deadline to ensure that product reaches our global customers on time and in full?
In this role you will be responsible for programming the parts that need machining including setting the machine and loading work pieces onto the machine. The work pieces will be mould tool inserts, modifications or plates for drilling/machining. Inspection and checking is a key part of the role as is contributing to continuous improvement.
You will be the type of person who is capable of generating great ideas, enjoys seeking the best solutions and getting things done at pace whilst paying attention to every piece of detail.
You'll like working to goals and targets to ensure every product is completed to specification and keeping the machines and environment in prime condition. Squeezing every last opportunity out of projects to improve the quality, this isn't a plug and play job as you will be an intrinsic part in ensuring our products are the best.
We know it's really difficult to consistently deliver error free tools on time whilst pushing the quality levels to the maximum but for the right person we think this is what makes it exciting. The standards and level of detail worked to are extremely high so you will be somebody that thrives on ensuring every tool produced is always right.

Other Essential Information
Applicants must have a background in and thorough understanding of CNC milling.
Knowledge of Powermill software and Heidenhain control would be an advantage.
