Salary : £46,000- £ 50,000 plus Shift Allowance

Job Description
Syntech Recruitment are currently working with a long standing client that are currently looking for a Machine Shift Supervisor
to work at their facility based in Uxbridge. You will be working within their workshop, supervising staff and making sure that
production targets are adhered to.
Duties and Responsibilities

• To supervise a team of operators and ensure that output / production targets are achieved.
• To ensure machine tools produce parts and components to the required quality standards.
• During the weekend running, sole responsibility for the shift is undertaken.
• Conduct daily team briefings reviewing performance against KPI, work allocation, problems with output, quality issues, workload and priorities.

About you

• Machine shop experience.
• Experience of operating / programming CNC machines and tool setting.
• Tooling and understanding of programming.
• Experience of being able to inspect components in accordance with quality procedures and standards.
• Use of SAP or equivalent.
• Deburring
