Full - Time, 4 Night Week, 37 hours
The Client:
Our client is a well-established machinery manufacturing company, providing a complete subcontracting solution for all engineering disciplines, from fabrication and machining to assembly and testing.
The Role:
As a CNC Machinist, you will Operate CNC machines, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and ISO3834 standards.
Responsibilities:
-Read and interpret engineering drawings with precision.
-Optimise machine performance by setting correct feeds and speeds.
-Reporting directly to the Machine Shop Supervisor for support and guidance.
-Maintain strong working relationships and uphold health and safety standards.
-Demonstrate a positive attitude for training and development.
-Participate in training sessions as needed for skill and productivity improvement.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a CNC Operator, CNC Setter, CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
-Proven experience in setting and operating CNC milling machines.
-Experience in the use of inspection equipment.
-Skilled in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
-Familiarity with Fanuc software. (Beneficial)
