Responsibilities
Setting and operate machinery independently.
Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerancing.
Establish efficient manufacturing processes prior programming stage.
Select suitable cutting tools.
Produce high quality work in a small batch environment within drawing specification.
Work within an ISO9001 framework
Liaise with Production Supervisor and Quality Control
Able to work individually as well as part of a team.
Experience
Preferable experience working on XYZ machines (Pro-Track controls).
Programming training can be provided for candidates wanting to develop.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2.30pm
Pay Rate
Up to £16 per hour (DOE)
Overtime available x1.5
