SalaryWorking with a well-established engineering company who are now on the lookout for an experienced CNC Miller to join their ever-growing team based just of the M32.
Responsibilities:
- Setting and Operating CNC Lathe Machines using Fanuc controls.
- Producing high complexity components from a range of materials
- Involvement and attendance at SQDCP meetings in assigned area/s
- Recording and assisting the Manufacturing Group Leader in improving the 5S organisation of the assigned Team areas and personal responsibility of machines being operated
- Responsible for attending and participating in progress meetings as required
- Responsible for ensuring correct materials, Route Cards, drawing are used to produce components
- Setting up tools, offsets etc ready for your own operation to commence and assist Operators where appropriate
Requirements:
- Experience in CNC Milling
- Experience in FANUC controls
- Experience with 5 axis but 3 or 4 axis is still fine
- Aerospace background would be ideal but any similar engineering industry would be considered
On Offer:
- £14ph - £18ph (DOE)
- 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 7:30am – 4pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
- Overtime (when available) paid at time and half.
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
