What you will get in your new role
The role involves rotating 8-hour shifts within the hours of 6am and 10pm. In addition to this, on offer is a salary of £46,000 per annum and attractive benefits including access to an Employee Assistance Programme, free on-site parking, and a generous holiday allowance of 33 days per year.
Responsibilities within your new role as a CNC Miller
- Utilising manual and CNC milling machinery to perform internal and external milling of components based on customer drawings.
- Employing inspection equipment to verify compliance with specified sizes, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Programming and running CNC milling machines efficiently.
- Facilitating clear and effective communication within the team to enhance productivity and quality control.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled miller with recent CNC experience and proficiency in Fanuc programming language. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of integrating seamlessly into a small, skilled team environment. Customer service experience and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
