CNC Miller Programmer

Job title: CNC Miller Setter/Operator/Programmer
Location: Rugby
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm and 12:30pm finish on Fridays.
Salary: £16 - £18hr
Our Rugby based client, established in 2002, employ around 35 employees working out of a 25,000 sq ft of workshop and office space, with an in-house design team, dedicated toolroom facilities, a large pattern shop, and more than 20 high speed CNC machines, all for designing and manufacturing automotive models, tooling and moulds for composite components, moulds for resin-cast high voltage insulation products, fixtures for aircraft interior structures and prototype/low volume components for F1.
Day to day duties:
⦁ Running 3 and 5 axis Mazak machines.
⦁ Heavily bespoke, prototype models
⦁ Offline Programming using Work NC
⦁ Using gauges to check tolerances of the product
Skills required for the position:
⦁ Experience with Milling
⦁ Experience with Mazak controls
⦁ Experience working to high quality standards
⦁ Ability to programme offline in CAD/CAM
