Position Overview: We are looking for a talented CNC Milling Operator Setter with experience in the aerospace industry to operate and set up CNC milling machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce aerospace components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as necessary to ensure proper machining processes.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, including routine maintenance of machines and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and quality checks, accurately and comprehensively.
