Cnc Press Brake Operative

CNC Press Brake Operative, Flintshire, Salary up to £32,500, Permanent
Our client is looking to add to their team with a CNC Press Brake Operative for their facility in North Wales.
* Have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of on-the-job experience setting and operating CNC brake-presses and metal-folding machines to create bespoke metal fabrications - not only standardised parts on a repetitive basis
* Machine specific relevant experience preferred with Amada
* Experience fabricating both steel and aluminium
* Being able to read and produce to fabrication production drawing
* Create and input the required bending & folding programmes into the CNC-controller
* Create the required metal profile/shape from the production drawing
* Checks height, depth and thickness using micrometres, dial indicators, callipers, gauges and other precision-instruments
* Determine the tooling required to bend materials to the required specifications
* Identify and locate the correct specification of material required to produce the required fabrication
* Mon - Thurs 6am - 6pm, Days only, including 4 hours (1hr per day) paid break
* Have an attention to detail and excellent time keeping
* Work to tight tolerances + defined QA processes
* Work alone or as part of a team
* You will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus scheme
* Fork-lift license required
* Site-card preferred but not essential
* On-the-job training will be given to the right candidate
* Drivers license preferable
