- Week 1 - 06:00am to 14:00pm

JOB SUMMARY
Alecto Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced and skilled CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator for a client who are leading the industry within Fabrication and Welding. The client pride themselves on delivering high-quality products and solutions to our clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, they are currently seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Setter and Operator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Press Brake machines, specifically with experience in using Bystronic machines or similar branded equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to produce accurate and high-quality components.
- Knowledge of tool sizes/types and the ability to select appropriate tools for specific jobs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the production process to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the programming team to optimize CNC programs for efficiency and accuracy (programming capabilities are desirable).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Setter and Operator.
- Familiarity with Bystronic machines or similar branded equipment.
- Basic knowledge of tool sizes/types.
- Programming capabilities are desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
