CNC Programmer

We have a requirement for a CNC Programmer for our engineering client.

Your new company
A successful engineering company in Portadown who are known for building machines, machine tooling, and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, medical device.automotive and food industries. Due to an increase in orders they have a requirement to add to the CNC team.
Your new role
As a CNC Programmer you will develop programmes for intricate and bespoke projects in a fast-paced environment, w ork with production and schedulers to ensure critical path milestones are met. You will m aintain quality standards to include proving of first off and be responsible for the c reation of work instructions/set-up sheets.

Days Mon - Thurs 7am - 5.15pm

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will be able to d emonstrate experience in an industry manufacturing precision parts on 5 & 3 Axis CNC machines along with in-depth knowledge of CNC programming techniques, CAD/CAM, jig and tool design. Be a ble to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings. You will have ex perience in 3 - axis / 5 - axis Programming and the ability to work with operatives to set up and prove first off parts.
