Are you a CNC Programmer who is looking to move off the tools and into an educational role within a well-established company who offer fully-autonomous working, full on the job training and over 100 qualifications for your own personal development.
This well-established company utilise their 25 years of experience to provide the best training services for companies looking to grow, expand and upskill their workforce. With over 30 highly qualified trainers and assessors on the team, this company can offer bespoke training programs and commercial courses for any company's needs.
In this varied and autonomous role, you will be assessing and training local apprentices on site, from a selection of over 100 companies that this company are partnered with. You will be given full on the job training for the first 6 months, whereafter you will be undertaking classroom tutoring sessions for group of apprentices at various stages in their education.

This varied and autonomous role would suit a CNC programmer who is looking to move off the tools and move into an educational role, within a company that offers full on the job training and progression using qualifications suited to your personal career aspirations.
The Role:

• Assessing and training apprentices at a wide range of companies
• Full on the job training with optional qualifications for personal growth
• Fully autonomous working and personal time management
• 6-month training period followed by classrom tutoring
• Monday - Friday 40 hours a week

The Person:

• CNC machining experience
• CNC programming experience - ISO essential - Siemens desired
• CAD/CAM experience
• Production engineering experience
• Educated to HNC or higher
• Commutable to Newcastle upon Tyne
