SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (VMC) for our family run client who have been manufacturing for over 60 years.
The right candidate for the position will have the following skills:
- CAD: Competent using Solidworks.
- CAM: Competent using SolidCAM 2.5D and advanced 3D (Please also apply if you have experience in AlphaCAM).
- Able to set and operate 3 Axis HAAS CNC Milling machine. (Please also apply if you have experience in Mazatrol, Heidenhain, or Fanuc.)
- Able to read technical drawings to a high level.
- Able to use measuring equipment.
- Have machining experience in a variety of materials.
CNC machines on site are predominantly HASS and Mazak.
Additional Experience that should be mentioned when applying:
- Machine maintenance
- CNC CMM experience
- 4/ 5 Axis experience
- HMC experience
- Turning experience Manual or/and CNC
- Manual milling experience
- 5S experience
- 6 sigma experience
- Robotic integration / line builder experience. (Fanuc, ABB, Etc.)
40 Hours per week.
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30 pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12:3pm
Salary: £17 p/h
