SalaryDo you have experience working on a CNC Router and are you seeking a new opportunity to start ASAP? A new CNC Router vacancy has arisen at a well-established manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. The contract role comes with an hourly rate up to £13.00 per hour (dependant on experience).
The hiring manager is looking for someone that has got previous CNC Routing experience, but they would also consider someone that has experience working on a Bandsaw or Panel Saw within a workshop environment.
As a CNC Router, you will be required to load raw materials and set the machines prior to operation.
In a typical week, you will address these areas:
- Measure, cut down and inspect parts coming off the machine
- Keep detailed records to perform maintenance procedures on any machine
- Work from and understand technical drawings
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
To apply for this CNC Router role, you will need previous experience operating a Wood Routing CNC, or experience using a Bandsaw or Circular Saw. You will also require the following:
- Experience within a busy workshop environment
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings
- The willingness to work as part of a team.
