Your Role: CNC Setter & Operator (Night Shift)

As a CNC Setter and Operator during the NIGHT SHIFT, you will be instrumental in meeting our production targets and delivering cost-effective, high-quality products. Your responsibilities include:

• Operational Excellence: Set and operate CNC machines proficiently during the NIGHT SHIFT, producing precise and high-volume parts.
• Quality Assurance: Perform detailed quality checks using advanced measuring equipment, ensuring only the finest products reach our customers.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to our company's health and safety procedures rigorously, maintaining a clean and organise work area during the NIGHT SHIFT.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any operational issues that may arise during the NIGHT SHIFT, contributing to efficient production.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in machining is advantageous, and knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions is beneficial. However, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
• Detail Orientation: Possess a keen eye for detail, especially during the NIGHT SHIFT, to identify visual flaws and maintain precise measurements within +/- 5 microns.
• Team Collaboration: We value teamwork and expect active contributions to a positive and collaborative work environment during the NIGHT SHIFT.

Shift Pattern: 6 - 6 on a 12-hour NIGHT SHIFT, with the first week consisting of 5 nights and the second week 2 nights.
