CNC Sliding Head Programmer

Job role: Sliding Head CNC Foreman
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Hours: 7:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 7:30 to 13:30 on a Friday
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Holiday: 33 days holidays (Including bank)
Overtime: Time 1/3

The Company:
Interaction have partnered with a leading precision engineering firm specialising creating fasteners and components for the aerospace, automotive and motorsport industries the client is based Rugby and are on their search for an experienced Foreman to run the day to day on site reporting to the engineering manager.
The Role:
· You will produce small, complex batches of components to quality standards and tight tolerances.
· You will be using Fanuc controlled machinery.
· You will join the busy Machine section and be extremely important to the running of the team
· Ensuring the team is on task and orders are correct
· Programming Setting and Operating CNC Sliding Heads with Fanuc controls (Citizen or Star experience
· Working from engineering drawings, producing components from various materials such as Steels, Ali, Titanium, Duplex, Super Duplex, and Inconel.
The Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years experience as CNC sliding lath, Setter and Programmer using Fanuc controls (essential)
· Basic understanding of IS9001
· Leadership skills
· Apprentice Trained (advantageous)
· High attention to detail and able to work to tight tolerances
· Self-motivated
The Benefits:
· £35,000 - £40,000salary dependent on experience
