Are you a Senior CNC Machinist, CNC Supervisor or CNC Team Leader looking to join a successful and unique engineering/ production firm, in a varied and exciting role leading and overseeing manufacturing teams on a range of different bespoke, one of one and bulk projects where you will be seen as industry and technical expert in the field?

This company has grown steadily since their founding, operating out of their main workshop in Bristol. They have a fantastic reputation for quality of service and due to a continued influx of small to large scale bespoke projects they are looking to expand their team further!
In this role you will be working at the Bristol site overseeing the creation of components and products developed for the aerospace, marine and oil and gas industries. The business can offer progression and development into technical management positions down the line. The company have a great culture, offer fantastic overtime rates, bonuses and you will work a days Mon-Fri shift pattern with a half day on a Friday.
