Meridian Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for our busy client, who is looking for CNC Miller to join a day shift on a  permermanent basis.

We are keen to find a person who has experience in:

• Writing programs.
• Setting CNC and Manual machines.
• Understanding inspection and it’s importance.

• Running CNC machines to optimise production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

• Work to tight tolerances and inspection of own work.
• Able to be responsible for their own routing inspection.
• Assist or instruct other operatives with set ups tooling and cutting details as necessary.

• Wherever possible, identify and obtain tooling, fixtures, and machine programmed requirements for jobs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production processes, inspecting finished parts to guarantee precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall success of the company.
