** CNC Turner Operator - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **

- £13+ p/h DOE

- Main requirement is that you are eager, ambitious and willing to learn (experience in an electrical or technical background is advantageous but not required)

- Holiday pay, sick pay and pension

- 8am to 5pm Mon-Thurs and 8am to 2pm Friday, moving on to shift rotation once trained (TBC - back and nights included)

Once fully trained, your duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Operate CNC turning machines to produce small precision parts according to specifications

- Programming, Setting up and Operating CNC Turning Machines,

- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements

- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling for each job

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary

- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments

- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Maintain a clean and organised work area
