CNC Turner or Miller

ACR Recruitment Ltd are looking for a skilled CNC Turner or Miller for our large Engineering Manufacturer in Coventry who are looking for skilled candidates to join their team on a permanent basis. Immediate starts available salary dependant on experience

To apply for this role you must have proven experience as either a CNC Turner setter Operator or as a skilled CNC Miller Setter/Operator. You will be able to read and understand Technical drawings and use Measuring equipment. Machines used Puma Haas-Mitsubishi-Biglia Dainichi etc

The shifts consist of a 4 week rotation of days and nights(but may change) flexibility is required.

standard 39 hours per week, based on a shift pattern of

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday – 6:30am – 2:45pm & Friday 6:30am – 12:30pm
Night Shift: Monday to Wednesday – 7:30pm – 6:00am & Thursday 7:30pm – 5:00am
Coventry

Excellent overtime rates apply.

15% shift allowance for nights
Rotating shifts (monthly)

£13-15 per hour D.O.E

Job Description

• To set and operate machines and processes in a safe and efficient manner
• Generally operating Puma Twin Spindle twin Turrets fanuc/mazak controls
• Appreciation of machining process and best practice
• To produce parts in accordance with route cards and technical drawings,
• Ensure all parts are produced to schedule requirements and quality standards.

Salary negotiable depending on experience and machines candidates have used previously.
