CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer/ Setter for a perm contrcat on behalf of our client based in South Woodham Ferrer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Programming and setting Lathes from drawing or cad files in the most efficient manner while ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Reviewing older production parts to ensure they are being machined in the most efficient manner.
• Maintaining general cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with the production plan.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum programming experience.
• Experience using multi axis live tooling.
• Experience setting various lathes, Experience of twin spindle machining)
• CAM Programming
• Siemens 840

Hours:

• Monday to Friday : 8am-4pm
