Our client is a leading manufacturing company based in Alexandria, specializing in precision engineering solutions for various industries. With state-of-the-art facilities and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced CNC Turner to operate and set up CNC turning machines to produce high-quality precision components. The successful candidate will play a key role in our production team, ensuring the efficient operation of our machining processes.

Responsibilities:

        • Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
        • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
        • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
        • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired specifications.
        • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
        • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

        • Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training in CNC machining or related field.
        • Proven experience operating and setting up CNC turning machines in a manufacturing environment.
        • Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques.
        • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications.
        • Excellent attention to detail and precision, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
        • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
