Are you a CNC/Manual Machinist or similar with a background in Milling or Lathe operation looking to move into a training role with a leading engineering training association who are responsible for training the next wave of Machinists in the UK, will pay for your teaching qualifications and give you a long term, stable, off the tools role?

On offer is the opportunity to join a multi-site training association who are dedicated to passing the knowledge on to the next generation of Engineers and Apprentices. They work with over 100 companies providing upskill training, HNC/HND and apprentice training. Formed over 60 years ago, they are looking for the next wave of skilled Engineers to grow their teaching team across, electrical, mechanical and machining disciplines.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for training prospects in Lathe and Milling Machine operation on both a Manual and CNC basis, practice safe use of hand tools, simple programming and health and safety procedures. The company will pay for and help you with your teaching qualifications and look to progress your career.

This role would suit a CNC or Manual Machinist with background in Milling or Lathe operation, looking to move into an off the tools role where you will be responsible for training the engineers and operators of tomorrow with a company dedicated to training and looking after their teaching staff.

The Role:

• Instructing Apprentice's/Engineers on CNC/Manual machines
• Teaching basic programming
• Ensuring safe work practice
• Monday to Friday - off the tools
• Teacher Qualification training

The Person:

• CNC / Manual Machinist or similar
• Looking for a teaching / instructing / off the tools role
• Based near Grimsby
