We're a pioneering startup at the forefront of revolutionizing DeFi with proprietary infrastructure and application solutions. Our mission is to enable the power of decentralized finance with the advanced high speed market interaction capabilities of TradeFi, and to foster the foundational innovation needed to onboard the next trillion dollars into DeFi.

Although this is a pre-baked project with ongoing interest and discussions with major VCs, liquid funds and industry leading institutional partners, there is still room to add, update and possibly enhance the product or direction with the right person. We believe in teamwork and team contribution.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary full-time Co-Founder with a passion for DeFi and ample experience in either TradFi or DeFi with recognized companies.

You will play a pivotal role in driving our company initiatives, collaborating with our team, and advancing DeFi to mass adoption.

You are the right person if you fit either of these two profiles and experience:

1. Technical with experience developing financial technology in TradFi or DeFi;
2. Or, Trading/Product/Finance with experience creating and/or selling financial products and instruments within TradFi or DeFi

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard responsibilities relevant to profiles listed above.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the technological, product and/or sales vision with business goals.
• Drive innovation and stay abreast of the latest Web3 advancements in DeFi, network & infra tech.
• Current knowledge of DeFi markets, key problems, trends, and overall ecosystem.
• Engage in hands-on work and deliver quality output.
• Join fundraising calls when needed. If you have your own VC network that's great also.
• Presenting at events, meetups, and conferences when needed.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Passion about building a great company from ground up.
• Proven experience in DeFi or TradFi with notable companies.
• Strong skills in your relative field (mentioned above).
• Experience in developing, building, creating or selling DeFi or TradFi products, financial instruments or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DeFi and TradFi industry dynamics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in your relative field. Advanced degree is a plus.
