Coach / Tour Driver

Great opportunity for a Coach / Tour Driver to join a well-established Company, with office based in Accrington

Our client are looking for people to join their team.Our Client operate in an education/corporate/private hire/tours/express services.

Typical work includes education school trips, corporate business transport, coach tours in the UK & EU, and day trips across the northwest. Travel in the northwest, the UK and EU is available depending on your requirements.

The role we are hiring for is mainly fir the Coach Tour Drivers

Pay, Hours and Benefits:

• £14 per hour
• Guaranteed 12 hours pay when working away
• Overnight stays at various locations up to 5/6 days at a time, possibly 2-3 times per month
• Temp on going role, will be a chance to go permanent
• Hours and days will vary depending on the tour
• All accommodation and food will be paid for

The role:

• European tours including Disneyland Paris
• To transport students and school children to and from Tours
• All trips will be accompanied by numerous school teachers and staff
• Carrying Out Walk Round Safety Checks
• Wearing a Company Uniform With Pride
• Driving to a Professional Standard as per the company operations policy
• Communicating with passengers on-board
• Valeting the vehicle
• Working to EU Tachograph rules

The ideal candidate will have:

• A full UK PCV ( Cat D ) licence
• Digital Tachograph and CPC driver card
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving Licence - ESSENTIAL
• High level of customer focus
