Cocktail Bartender

In the heart of Manchester City Centre lies an immersive night-club with a cocktail bar, restaurant and gin bar. In total we hold 6 bars, 4 rooms and 3 floors of excitement.

We are looking for full time and part time staff.

Friday and Saturday availability is a must so please take this into consideration before applying.

We are looking for someone who is...

• Capable of working in a fast paced environment.
• Efficient and organised.
• Passionate about high end spirits and gins.
• Capable of upselling.
• A social butterfly/ people orientated.
• Confident in expressing their personality.
• Attentive/ a bit of a perfectionist.
• Proficient in making cocktails to a spec standard.
• Able to settle into a new work family.

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
