Evoke Staffing have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coffee Shop Assistant for an all-in house baked, family-owned business.

Our Client are experts in their field with a wealth of experience trading, they are now expanding to opening their own shop in the heart of Bristol.

The Coffee Shop Assistant will prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, and ensure the shop remains in a clean, safe and attractive state.

Key Responsibilities:

· To work alongside the team, and organise the workflow according to the forecast

· Assist customers with enquiries and purchases

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

· Help in store replenishment and monitoring inventory levels

· Handle customer transactions

· Support food preparation activities as needed

· Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

· Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks effectively

To secure this position, it is important you have a relative background with experience within the coffee/café industry or hospitality alongside the ability to assist with leading team and operation.

We are looking for someone who has a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks, is driven and has the willingness to ensure success of the new shop.
