We are now looking for a friendly and engaging Coffee Shop Assistant to join Page8 Hotel, St. Martins Place, London.

Key accountabilities
As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will
- Replenish fridges, dry goods and coffee machines and ensure all food and beverage items are ready for service
- Set up and maintain Page Common to the highest standards of cleanliness and welcoming guest atmosphere at all times
- Greet and serve guests in a personalised, polite and friendly manner
- Take orders, serve guests and process card and cash payments with care
- Prepare and serve all food & beverage items on the menu

As Coffee Shop Assistant, you will have
- Preferably some experience working in a restaurant or Coffee Shop
- Strong customer focus and ability to engage and connect with guests
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Good command of spoken English, ability to multitask and prioritise
- Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns (8 hour shifts in a 5-day work week)
