Coldstore Operator

About the role

You will be responsible for:

• Working any 5 from 7, Monday - Saturday
• Safely and efficiently operate cold storage equipment and machinery.
• Monitor temperature controls and ensure proper storage conditions are maintained.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products according to company protocols.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleanliness checks to uphold sanitary standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet operational goals.

About you

We're looking for candidates with prior experience in warehouse or cold storage settings, who thrive in fast-paced, refrigerated environments. A Reach Truck license is essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail and organisational skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility is key, as the role may require working shifts, including evenings and weekends.
