The College of Global Studies (the study abroad division of Arcadia University, USA) is seeking candidates for the following role Collaborative Programs Officer Applications considered from: 1st July 2024 This role is part of the Administrative team at the Arcadia University London Center in Holborn which provides a comprehensive range of support services and extra-curricular opportunities for around 1000 students per year, from over 200 schools in the US, on over 30 different programs in England & Wales. Job Outline The Collaborative programs team work with specific partner US universities with whom we run bespoke programming to support a cohort of students in the Fall, Spring or Summer semesters. In some cases these groups may be accompanied by visiting faculty from their home campus, in others they may be unaccompanied and fit into our standard Center based academic programming. As well as providing general student and visiting faculty support, as outlined in the job description, the postholder will have responsibility for planning and delivering specific programs with the support of the wider college and London Center team. The nature of the role means that some hours may need to be worked outside of standard officer hours with, some evenings and weekends during term time. Arcadia London operates a TOIL policy to compensate for weekend work and a hybrid working policy to enable staff to work from home as work allows.
